We are hiring caregivers to provide in-home care for clients throughout San Diego County, with an immediate need for North County clients.

If you live in North County, this is a great opportunity to work closer to home. We are actively staffing North County cases, which may mean shorter drive distances, and we can also schedule interviews in North County for your convenience.

Pay

• $18.00-$19.00 per hour
• $23.00–$26.00 per hour for on-call/standby shifts
• Mileage reimbursement available for applicable shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living based on the care plan
• Support client safety, comfort, and well-being
• Document care tasks and communicate updates as needed
• Deliver reliable, professional care in the client’s home

Qualifications

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Negative TB test within the past 2 years
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within San Diego County
• Basic English communication skills
• Smartphone access for documentation and communication

Service area

We serve clients throughout Greater San Diego, including but not limited to:

Alpine, Bonita, Carlsbad, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, Valley Center, Fallbrook, La Mesa, Oceanside, Poway, San Diego, San Marcos, Santee, Vista, and surrounding communities.
