We're actively hiring professional caregivers with 6 months of experience to provide in-home care across San Diego County. What You'll Receive:
- $18.00/hour for new caregivers and $19.00/hour for experienced caregiver
- $23–$26/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Health, dental, life, and vision insurance (after 90 days – includes Kaiser, Blue Shield, and Mediexcel)
- Paid sick time

Requirements to Apply:
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Negative TB test within the past 2 years
- Reliable transportation across San Diego County
- Basic English communication skills
- Smartphone access for documentation and communication
