Job title: Lot Manager
Pay: $16 – $20/ hour

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Lot Manager to keep our vehicle inventory organized, photo-ready, and frontline-prepped. This is a hands-on role that's critical to how our dealership presents and moves inventory every day.
What you'll do
- Move vehicles between lots and run dealer trades and auction pickups
- Photograph all incoming inventory and upload to our inventory management system
- Inspect and prep vehicles before they hit the front line — checking for damage, missing items, fluids, tires, and warning lights
- Stage and position vehicles per management direction
- Keep lots organized, clean, and visually sharp at all times
- Detail vehicles during peak periods or when we're over capacity
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving manual and automatic transmissions
- Dealership, auction, or fleet experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
