Coast and Harbor is currently looking for qualified candidates to provide on-site construction quality assurance on data center projects in Northern Virginia.

Required Qualifications
- Experience as superintendent, Clerk of the Works, or construction inspector on projects with large, sophisticated MEP systems
- Experience reviewing requisitions for payment
- Experience reviewing construction schedules
- Ability to proactively identify construction issues and developing recommended responses
- Preparing daily reports
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore and e-Builder
- Experience working on data center projects
- Current residence in Northern Virginia
