We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-site oncology clinical trials, including registration studies. Reporting to the Vice President and Senior Director of Clinical Research, this role provides end-to-end study oversight and serves as the primary liaison between sponsors and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of oncology clinical trials (start-up through closeout)
- Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical Ops, Data Management, Regulatory, Monitoring, Clinical Supplies)
- Oversee timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and federal regulations
- Provide sponsor updates and executive-level reporting
- Support and mentor junior project team members
Qualifications
- 5 years of oncology clinical trial management experience
- Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, academic, or multi-site trial environments
- Knowledge of registration trials and regulatory requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel required)
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or SOCRA certification preferred
