*Job Summary:*
We seek a dedicated Mental Health Program Manager to join our team in a full-time salaried role (45 hours per week). This position balances 22.5 hours of billable client time and 22.5 hours of administrative duties, ensuring strong program implementation, staff oversight, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
-Administrative Duties (22.5 hours per week)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **Child Protective Services (CPS) and other community partners.
- Actively recruit, train, and oversee staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Review client charts for state compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Provide leadership and support for program implementation and operational efficiency.
- Billable Client Services (22.5 hours per week)
- Provide services to Medicaid clients, self-pay clients, and ASO/SNS program clients.
- Deliver care in varied settings, including office-based appointments, in-home visits, and on-the-road networking** with key partners.
- Collaborate with DHHR/DoHS offices, CPS workers, and Youth Services (YS) professionals across West Virginia to support program initiatives.
Work Location & Travel:
- The office is located in Fort Gay, WV, so applicants must reside within a **reasonable driving distance, as they will be working **out of the office a few days per week.
- The remaining days will be spent in the field, seeing clients and networking with agencies and professionals across the state of West Virginia.
- Mileage reimbursement is provided for billable and required work-related travel.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Minimum of a bachelor's degree required, with a master's degree preferred. Must be a degree in a human service related field. 
- Licensed as a social worker or therapist; exemptions may be made for the right candidate.
- if you do not have a license as a social worker then you must be eligible to be a provisionally licensed social worker under my license.
- Must be able to work independently with little oversight, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative.
- Experience in program development, community outreach, or social services.
- Strong networking, leadership, and compliance-review abilities.
- prior experience with child protective services and or the foster care system.
- Ability to manage time effectively between administrative and direct client service roles.
- Willingness to travel throughout West Virginia** for networking and program coordination.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $37,000 – $55,000 per year, based on experience, level of education, and licensing.
