The Coalescence team is looking for an Entry Level Junior Sales Executive to help grow and support our client base as the company expands!

Initial Entry Level Junior Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information (this is an in-person task)
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by hitting weekly sales targets
- Manage personal sales leads
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers in-person
- Greet customers warmly
- Place orders
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
- Sell products and services
- Utilize computer technology to handle sales negotiations
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of customer service or sales experience in the retail, hospitality, sales, or restaurant industries
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- College degree preferred
