Responsibilities
- End-to-End Lifecycle Leadership: Lead and manage multiple Salesforce implementation projects from initiation through closure, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet client expectations
- Agile Governance: Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives, to maintain team alignment and drive continuous process improvement
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders to provide progress updates, manage expectations, and advise on Salesforce best practices
- Scope & Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, technical requirements, and deliverables, translating business needs into actionable User Stories
- Resource & Budget Oversight: Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets, utilizing resource allocation strategies to ensure cost-effective delivery
- Proactive Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early, developing robust contingency plans and escalating issues as necessary to keep projects on track
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA analysts to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to established technical standards
- Change Management & Adoption: Advise clients on team processes and organizational change management to ensure successful user adoption of new Salesforce features
- Quality & Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date project artifacts, including status reports, meeting minutes, and architectural documentation
- Sales & Technical Advisory: Support the sales process by providing technical expertise, participating in demos, and contributing to the development of project proposals
- 5 years of Salesforce experience
- Expertise in Salesforce basics
- Experience in CPQ, billing central, and sales cloud
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall frameworks
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence
- Strong written and oral skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Certinia, Netsuite (or similar ERP and/or PSA) product experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
