Are you a Technical Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Coalesce Management Consulting is hiring for a hands-on role supporting the development of a brand-new greenfield hyperscale data center in Kansas City, Missouri.
This project is part of a wider $1B capital investment into digital infrastructure, focused on delivering high-performance cloud capabilities powered by carbon-free energy. The facility will play a critical role in expanding sustainable, future-ready data capacity across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Coordinate day-to-day activities across engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
🔹 Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
🔹 Support procurement efforts and manage relationships with key suppliers and contractors
🔹 Assist with technical documentation, design reviews, and construction monitoring
🔹 Ensure all project work aligns with safety, compliance, and quality standards
🔹 Contribute to regular status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
✅ 5–10 years of experience in technical project delivery within large-scale CAPEX projects
✅ Background in engineering, project or construction management
✅ Familiarity with greenfield project environments and working within multi-phase builds
✅ Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, or Primavera P6
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
