What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building your own market within the Transmission & Distribution sector.

• Develop relationships with engineering clients and identify new business opportunities
• Source, interview, and engage top Transmission Line Engineering talent across the US
• Manage the recruitment process from job qualification through to offer negotiation and placement
• Partner with clients and candidates to deliver successful hiring outcomes
• Build a strong network within the T&D market and stay ahead of industry trends
• Drive revenue growth through repeat business, referrals, and long-term relationships

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of agency recruitment experience (360 recruitment preferred)
• Experience recruiting within engineering, technical, manufacturing, construction, energy, or similar sectors is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilient, ambitious, and comfortable with proactive outreach
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed and continuously improve
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but we care more about drive, attitude, and results
