Job Description
As a Distribution Design professional at Coalesce Management Consulting, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company's design work for electric and gas new construction, capital maintenance, or system improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform design work for electric and/or gas new or expanded service or system improvements.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all company standards, tariffs, and regulatory requirements to provide cost-effective designs.
- Create and deliver preliminary estimates.
- Identify needs and expectations of customers for electric and gas utility requirements of project-specific development.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external customers, including developers, contractors, engineering firms, local agencies, and utilities from inception to completion of assigned projects.
- Focus on improvement of external customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present financial agreements to customers, ensuring comprehensive and accurate contracts.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings with Electric and Gas Inspectors, General Foreman, and Area Service Managers as necessary.
- Participate in after-hour rotational on-call supervisor program and assist in restoration activities during storms or other emergencies.
