What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/Float Nurse position at Coal Country Community Health Center?
Coal Country Community Health Center has an immediate opportunity for a part time Registered Nurse to join our team working part time as a Float Nurse. The RN Float Nurse provide high-quality, patient centered nursing care across multiple clinical teams within the CCCHC Beulah Clinic. This role supports coverage needs, including scheduled and unscheduled absences, and assists in coordinating and maintaining nursing team visits schedules. This RN serves as a flexible resource to ensure continuity of care, efficient clinic operations and positive patient outcomes. The Part Time RN/Float Nurse will work 3 days per week with no weekend shifts!
Qualifications include a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the North Dakota Board of Nursing with 2 years of previous nursing experience; strong assessment, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and workflows.
