Experienced Installation Trades Staff

We are looking for reliable, experienced Installation Trade Staff team members to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments, transforming office spaces, hotels, and corporate settings into functional, stylish spaces. Installation Trade Staff members will be experienced, consistent and exceed expectations to provide diamond-class customer service.

Dive In! Your Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Uphold Brothers Interiors commitment to service excellence and Diamond Class Customer Service
• Ability to take direction from a supervisor.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds individually and 75 pounds with a team lift.
• Time management. The ability to execute a task and report back to your supervisor in a timely fashion.
• Work all scheduled shifts while exhibiting a polite, helpful, positive attitude and professional image with public, customers and team members.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, assembly directions and documents.
• Attend and complete individual training, as necessary.
• Responsible for punctual attendance.
• Demonstrate ingenuity in solving problems.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive team culture.
• Comfortable with verbal communication with drivers, supervisors, customers, and other co-workers.
• Organizational skills. Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
• Ability to drive cargo vans and passenger vehicles is preferred.
• Display professional courtesy and manners when performing work in customers’ homes or businesses.
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment with changing demands and timelines
• Ability to be flexible to perform tasks as a Commercial Trades Staff when needed.
• Possess the aptitude to learn new procedures and techniques
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required

Language Skills

• Ability to effectively communicate instructions and assignments to personnel in English
