Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook role located in Edgerton, WI. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the set menu and special requests, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are consistently met. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with kitchen staff, following food safety protocols, and assisting with inventory management and ingredient preparation. The role requires efficiency, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques such as chopping, grilling, sautéing, and plating
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Attention to detail in food presentation and portioning
- Flexibility with schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
