Lakeview – Chicago Part-Time Afternoon/Evening ShiftTuesday, Thursday & Friday | 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and responsible bilingual person to join our laundromat team.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
● Greeting customers and providing friendly assistance
● Helping customers with washers and dryers when needed
● Accepting and processing drop-off laundry
● Washing, drying, folding and packaging customer laundry
● Keeping the laundromat clean, organized and welcoming
● Handling payments and answering customer questions
● Providing friendly and respectful customer service
Requirements:
● Fluent in English and Spanish
● Friendly, patient and comfortable interacting with customers
● Reliable and punctual
● Able to work independently
● Detail-oriented, especially when handling customers’ personal laundry
● Previous laundry or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
● Willing to learn and follow our laundry procedures
Schedule:Tuesday, Thursday & Friday3:00 PM–10:00 PM 21 hours per week sometimes may be needed to fill in other days
