Coachella Valley Anesthesia, in partnership with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, is launching a new pediatric anesthesia program and seeking PRN CRNAs to support and help grow this important service line. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new program from the beginning while joining a strong, well-supported anesthesia team within a rapidly expanding regional hospital.

• PRN/Per Diem CRNA opportunities available

• Dedicated specialty support teams including pediatric anesthesia, cardiac, OB, and regional anesthesia
• Strong administrative and clinical infrastructure supporting program launch and growth
• Optional opportunities for additional shifts and adult cases
Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting compensation: $250 per hour for pediatric cases
- compensation varies based on experience and relevant factors
- • Additional earning opportunities available
- • 1099 independent contractor model
- • Malpractice insurance provided
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Pediatric experience is a plus
• NBCRNA certification required
• Eligible for or active California CRNA licensure
• Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred, but not required
• Comfortable working within a collaborative team-based environment
