What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Coachella Greenery?
Coachella Greenery is looking to add a new Cannabis Sales Associate to the Team! We are seeking individuals who are outgoing and are ready to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional Customer service in-store and during customer deliveries.
- Build meaningful relationships with customer base; willing to conversate and go above and beyond.
- Become educated on brands that we sell including benefits, effects, and selling points.
- Get to know the customer specific needs in order to select the best possible product for their unique need.
- Answering the phones as needed and making sure to answer all their questions in a friendly manner.
- Ringing up customer and taking payment accurately every time.
- Know the procedures for opening/closing the store; cash handling.
- Stocking and restocking products as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store.
*Pay: Hourly Tips
