Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training sessions that focus on developing fundamental volleyball skills, including serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defense.
- Lead team practices, ensuring they are engaging, productive, and aligned with age-appropriate skill levels.
- Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Plan and execute competitive games and tournaments while encouraging strategic thinking and resilience among players.
- Monitor individual progress and provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their technique and confidence.
- Maintain safety standards during all activities by adhering to proper equipment use and behavior management protocols.

Requirements
- Prior experience in sports coaching, particularly volleyball or similar team sports such as basketball or cheerleading.
- Demonstrated ability to work with children and adolescents in a coaching or teaching capacity.
