Coach’s is seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our service team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, drives sales, develops teams, and maintains strong operational standards.
Position Summary
The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing all dining room operations, leading servers and hosts, maintaining service standards, controlling labor, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
This is a leadership role that requires confidence, accountability, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent service
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain a positive, energetic dining atmosphere
Monitor table turns and service flow
Team Leadership
Supervise servers, hosts, and shift managers
Conduct pre-shift meetings
Train and coach staff on service and upselling
Enforce company policies and performance standards
Sales & Performance
Drive check averages and promote featured items
Monitor daily sales performance
Support marketing initiatives and promotions
Labor & Scheduling
Create FOH schedules based on projected sales
Manage labor costs and prevent overtime issues
Oversee shift coverage
Operations
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining room
Coordinate with BOH to ensure smooth ticket flow
Maintain POS accuracy and proper cash handling
Qualifications
Previous restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in high-volume or sports-bar environments preferred
