We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a flexible, part-time basis. Duties
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, technical, and executive roles across multiple sectors, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and HRIS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft.
- Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies through social media management, cold calling, and lead generation activities to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize talent pipelines and succession planning efforts.
- Negotiate employment contracts, compensation packages, and employment terms while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, update candidate statuses regularly, and generate reports for leadership review.
- Support onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and employee evaluation procedures to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or HR sourcing with a strong understanding of talent management principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively across diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, or Workday; familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with knowledge of employment & labor law to facilitate fair and compliant hiring practices.
- Experience with applicant sourcing tools including social media management platforms and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR functions such as employee relations, contracts management, employee orientation, and performance evaluations is preferred.
