About the Position:
Coach‑Mentors is seeking a part‑time (4–5 hours per week) Therapeutic Mentor/EF Coach to support a motivated female adult who is looking for a steady, skilled mentor to help her navigate her transition back into the work force, strengthen executive functioning skills, and advance toward independent living. A key focus of this role is supporting follow‑through —building routines, reinforcing consistency, and ensuring practical steps translate into real‑world progress.
This position is hands‑on and relationship‑based, centered on helping her build confidence, stability, and the practical skills needed to thrive in everyday life.

About You

- Experience supporting individuals facing mental illness and executive functioning challenges.
- A degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, or you are completing your degree and have several years of relevant experience
- Flexible and highly dependable, with a strong sense of personal integrity and a solid work ethic
- Energetic, confident, and positive, able to motivate others and model healthy routines
- Relationship‑oriented, able to connect with clients while maintaining clear, healthy boundaries
- Comfortable holding others accountable and are not conflict‑avoidant
- Able to pass a national criminal background check

Our Coach‑Mentors offer positive, therapeutically supportive mentoring, helping clients build skills, routines, and confidence through consistent, real‑world practice. We meet clients in their homes and communities at times that work for them — daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Sessions take place in natural, comfortable environments such as the client’s home, a coffee shop, a park, or while engaging in a healthy, purposeful activity. Coach‑Mentors are action‑oriented, focusing on:
- Implementing therapeutic strategies
- Organizing daily life and priorities
- Building independent living skills
- Supporting healthy recreation and fitness

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
