About the Position:
Coach-Mentors is recruiting for two part-time positions to work with a young adult MALE on the autism spectrum with daily structure and routine, positive behavior supports, academic engagement, coping and self-regulation skill development. To be considered for this position, you must complete the screening questions.
About You:
- You have experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, with emotional dysregulation and behavioral challenges.
- ABA training or certification (e.g., RBT, BCaBA, or equivalent experience).
- You have a college degree in psychology, social work or closely related discipline or you are in process of completing your degree but have several years of relevant work experience.
- You must be flexible and highly dependable, with a strong sense (and demonstrated record) of personal integrity and solid work ethic.
- You are relationship oriented, have a unique ability to connect with others and yet have clear, healthy boundaries.
- You can pass a national criminal background check

It could be implementing goals or strategies identified in therapy, helping with organizing the multiple priorities of daily life or it could be doing something more fun and physical like a healthy fitness or recreational activity or job search.

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
