Location: Carbondale, IL Shift: Variable Time Type: PRN Facility/Clinic Name: Memorial Hospital of Carbondale Position Summary • Responsible for communication and routing of calls, overhead pages, monitoring the building system infrastructure alarm panels, notifying “on call” call teams, manages associated records/data collection, and processes STAT calls through the switchboard. Education • High School diploma or equivalent preferred Licenses and Certification • N/A Experience and Skills • Technical Experience: N/A Role Specific Responsibilities • Answer, screen, and relay calls. • Processes all notification of STAT code requests • Monitors alarm systems including, but not limited to; 911 calls, emergency management radio system, fire alarm panels, emergency generator and medical gasses panels, paging system, panic alarms, and infant security alarms. • Process all requests for first responder notifications • Completes and maintains daily call logs. • Operator II-Assist with training of new staff as requested. • Maintains call schedules including, but not limited to: Facilities Engineering Clinical Engineering Surgery - OR PACU Perfusion First Assist – CVOR MRI Ultrasound X-ray IR RN IR Techs Nuclear Medicine Anesthesia CRNA Spiritual Cath Lab Endoscopy Physical Therapy Sterile Processing Dialysis Physician schedules (PS) Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $16.56 - $24.84 To access our Benefits Guide/Plan Information, please click the link below: http://www.sih.net/careers/benefits Introduce yourself to our recruiters and we'll get in touch if there's a role that seems like a good match.
