Position Overview
Co-Tronics is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Director of Administration to oversee and strengthen the company’s administrative, operational, and human resources functions. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations while ensuring employees are effectively supported through strong business practices and accurate payroll management.
This is a hands-on leadership position that blends operations and administrative oversight, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment and values both people and process.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all administrative operations, including office management, purchasing, and business support functions
- Manage and ensure accuracy of payroll processing, benefits coordination, and employee-related documentation
- Support employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture
- Drive process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop administrative and operations staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 7 years of experience in administrative leadership or operations
- Experience in manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and accounting/inventory software
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage administrative functions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
