We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Packager I position in Rockford, IL. This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Package finished products according to company specifications.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Label, sort, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate counts and packaging records.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- $17.00/hour starting pay
