About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to manage our Treasury Operations function. This role would have oversight of all global payments, bank accounts, Treasury Management System and reports into the Head of Cash Management.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the day-to-day treasury operations including cash positioning, ACH and wire payment execution, bank account management, SOX compliance, audit requests and bank KYC requests
- Ownership of Kyriba, our Treasury Management System
- Working closely with our relationship banks to ensure we have the banking framework in place to drive efficiencies and success
- Develop and maintain the suite of policies and procedures to ensure we have a robust risk management and control framework in place
- Ensuring that banking signatories are up to date and appropriate
- Be the point of contact for Treasury Operations for cross-functional projects
- Oversight of a team of contingent workers and management of the handover of certain processes while minimizing any impact to quality of output
Qualifications
- BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 6 Years Treasury Experience
- Experience in a hyper growth or multinational company preferred
- Experience managing teams
- Ability to prioritize, lead, and execute results in a fast-paced environment
- Heavy experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with a Treasury Management System (Kyriba, in particular) preferred
