What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Co-Op Credit Union?
We're looking for a full-time Branch Manager to lead our La Crosse and Onalaska branches! In this role, you'll guide the day-to-day operations of both offices while creating a positive experience for our members and employees. You'll coach and develop staff, support consumer lending needs, ensure efficient branch operations, and help lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional member service. You'll work closely with team members to solve problems, assist with complex member needs, build relationships within the community, and promote the credit union's products and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are essential, as well as a commitment to providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service. Candidates should be comfortable working with consumer loans, share accounts, and a variety of financial products and services. Basic math and computer skills are important, along with the ability to address sensitive situations with professionalism and confidence. A related education and/or financial background is preferred but not required. We look forward to hearing from you!
