We're looking for an entry to a mid-level Social Media Coordinator who lives and breathes social media. Someone who's constantly saving trending videos, spotting new content formats before they blow up, and thinking, "We should make this."
This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is an opportunity to grow alongside a fast-moving brand where your ideas will actually be seen, heard, and executed.
We're a small, hands-on team looking for someone who's ready to jump in, take ownership, collaborate, and help us continue take our brand to the next level.

- Assist in planning, creating, and maintaining the social media content calendar alongside the Marketing Manager.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

- Continuously test new content ideas, hooks, editing styles, and storytelling techniques to create high-performing, shareable content that resonates with our audience.
- Design simple, on-brand graphics and social assets using Canva to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing social presence.
- Help ensure all content maintains a consistent brand aesthetic across every platform.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, product launches, lifestyle shoots, events, and day-to-day brand moments.
- Write compelling captions that align with the CO Eyewear brand voice.
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
