Salary: $20-23/hourCO-Energy is looking for a qualified individual to provide outstanding customer support at our Boise Idaho branch. The Customer Service Associate is a vital team member that works with the Branch & Sales management, Warehouse and Delivery team to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.We provide a competitive wage with excellent benefits which includes discounts on fuel, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match.The standard work schedule is Mon - Fri, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.Duties/Responsibilities:Greets clients, visitors, and guests providing excellent, friendly customer service.Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.Prepare customer invoices and deposit checks.Fields customer questions and complaints.Be the first line of contact to address customers questions, requests, problems and concerns.Performs other related duties as assigned.Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.Performs basic filing and record keeping.Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Ability to operate basic office machines and technology such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, credit card machines, etc.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.One (1) or more years of customer service and/or front office clerical experience.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
