Co-Dough is looking for outgoing, hardworking, and reliable people to join our front-of-house team as Guest Experience Associates.

Our Guest Experience Associates are the face of Co-Dough. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role focused on creating a great experience for every person who walks through our doors. We’re looking for people who are genuinely friendly, move with urgency, pay attention to the details, and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their experience at Co-Dough

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service

• Take and fulfill customer orders accurately

• Package and hand off orders with care

• Answer customer questions and provide product information

• Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service

• Work efficiently during high-volume service

• Communicate and work closely with the rest of the team

• Maintain the overall look, feel, and customer experience of Co-Dough

• Jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Takes initiative and stays productive without constant direction

• Willing to clean, restock, organize, and help wherever needed

• Previous hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Weekend availability strongly preferred
