The only thing missing is you! Provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing invasive cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. This role is responsible for advanced clinical assessment, providing moderate sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, and patient management before, during, and after invasive cardiology procedures. Functions in a high-acuity procedural environment, requiring advanced cardiac knowledge, critical thinking, and rapid clinical response. Will work closely with cardiologists, electrophysiologist, vascular surgeons, procedural teams, and ancillary departments to ensure safe, effective, and compliant delivery of invasive cardiac services in the hospital setting. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict. Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures. Education/License/Experience Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Montana Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required Two (2) or more years of acute care nursing experience Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and cardiovascular disease processes The professional team members at Benefis bring their passion and skills to work every day, providing exceptional care for each patient.
