We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Foam Applicator to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and areas for spray foam application by cleaning, masking, and setting up equipment according to project specifications.
- Mix and operate spray foam equipment safely, following all safety protocols and manufacturer instructions.
- Apply spray foam insulation accurately on walls, ceilings, attics, and other designated areas, ensuring proper coverage and thickness.
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to access hard-to-reach areas.
- Maintain a clean work environment by managing waste materials and inspecting equipment regularly for safety and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress, challenges, or adjustments needed.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of building insulation installation techniques.
- Ability to operate spray foam equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, or other elevated structures safely; comfort working at heights is essential.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
