What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at CNY HOME STORE?
Assistant store manager needed at CNY Home store in Fulton. We sell kitchen cabinets, vanities, flooring, doors and other home remodeling supplies. Flexible 32-47 hours per week, 4-6 days a week, 9-5 Monday-Saturday. Must work most Saturdays. Retiree, or recent high school graduate encouraged to apply. Cash paid weekly.
Duties include customer sales, internet sales through marketplace ads, order and invoice pricing, cabinet layout design, handle cash and prepare deposits, set up store displays, building maintenance, load and unload inventory, forklift operation, occasional heavy lifting required. Must have transportation.
Qualifications:
- Heavy lifting required, must be physically fit.
- Prefer previous experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
