$90,000 - $130,000 annually
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Benefits:

Our Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners have ready access and ability to precept cases with our Physicians in a supportive environment.
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate health care services to patients and their families
- Promote maintenance of health, prevention of illness and stability
- Provide care during acute and chronic phases of illness
- Guide and counsel individuals and families
- Referral patients to other health care providers as appropriate
- Record and update patient EMR in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards and procedures
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
- Current, certified NYS Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a family practice or Urgent Care setting is desired (not required)
- Previous experience working with Medent (EMR) is a plus
- Excellent working knowledge of chronic disease states and possess critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
