Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Land Survey Field Technician at CNW Engineering & Surveying. Based in Moses Lake, WA, the role involves a combination of on-site fieldwork and occasional remote tasks. Key responsibilities include conducting surveys, collecting field data, operating survey equipment, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and efficient survey results. Additional tasks may include assisting with the preparation of survey reports and diagrams, working with clients, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying techniques
- Experience conducting ALTA Surveys and Building Surveying
- Skilled in Field Work with the ability to operate and maintain surveying equipment
- Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of civil engineering and land development practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal survey regulations is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in surveying is preferred
