Compensation & Benefits

Starting Compensation: Equivalent of $50,000 annually
(Approximately $24–$28 per hour based on experience & certifications)

Performance Bonus: Up to $5,000 annually based on studio performance and member experience metrics

What You’ll Do

Coach 25–30 Sessions Per Week

• Deliver high-quality semi-private personal training (3–4 clients/session)

• Modify safely for adults ages 40–75

• Provide clear verbal and hands-on cueing

• Track progress and update programs

• Maintain strong presence and professional energy

Drive Member Retention

• Build meaningful relationships before and after sessions

• Conduct check-ins and accountability touchpoints

• Support studio events and challenges

• Contribute to maintaining under 5% churn

Protect Studio Standards

• Maintain a clean, organized training floor

• Follow established systems and procedures

• Reset equipment every session

• Represent the brand professionally in the community

What Makes You a Fit

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NCCA preferred) or Exercise Science degree

• 2–5 years coaching experience (small group preferred)

• Strong understanding of movement, progression, and injury modification

• Comfortable coaching clients ages 40–75

• Early morning and evening availability

• Ability to lift 45lbs

• Tech comfortable (CRM, tracking systems)
