Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
PT & FT Hrs. Available 12 hr. Shifts
Must Have Weekend Availability
Starting Pay $35/hr.

We are looking for full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses
CNS employees work in the privacy of each patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
- Current And Valid Driver’s License
- Current And Valid CPR/BLS Certification
- High School graduate or equivalent
Clearances The following background checks are conducted:
- Criminal background • Drug Screening/TB Test
- Driving Record • OIG Exclusion List
- Sex Offender Registry
