Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Private Duty Caregiver
Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available; Benefits at 30 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour
Sign On Bonus: $1,500 (Full-Time)
12-hour day shifts & night shifts available now!
Ideal candidates:
- 2 years of in-home health care experience
- Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
- Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA in the state(s) of practice
- Current hands-on CPR certification and TB test
- Valid Driver's License

Scheduling is based on patient needs, which may fluctuate and could include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
All direct care providers must possess a valid and current driver's license and independent and reliable transportation to patient
homes to ensure patient privacy.
Education/Training
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant
- Meets state specific CNA licensing requirements.
Licensure/Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- CPR/First Aide Certification
- CNA Certification
