Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, screen, and evaluate potential study participants
- Coordinate clinical research studies from initiation through completion
- Conduct study visits and maintain accurate research documentation
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines
- Collaborate closely with investigators, sponsors, study participants, and the research team
- Support multiple studies in a high-performing outpatient setting
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, life sciences, psychology, public health, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn and grow in clinical research
- Clinical research, healthcare, or patient-facing experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate
