Personal Care Assistant / PCA

The Position:
We're looking for a part-time Personal Care Assistant - PCA for private in-home care.

The Job Location:
Critical Nurse Staffing (CNS) employees work in the privacy of each patient's home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible in the comfort of their own home.

Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business practices, policies and procedures, professional journals, technical guidelines, and governmental regulations. Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Must be able to provide guidance and direction accurately and clearly to Company staff and employees.

Education/Training
- High School graduate or equivalent.
Licensure/Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR/First Aide Certification
