We’re seeking a driven Senior Solutions Architect to join our team on-site and help shape the future of our clients’ IT ecosystems.
Position Summary
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing end-to-end technology solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, security, and business operations. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to craft innovative and scalable solutions aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with account managers to understand client business goals and technical requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and assessments.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions tailored to each client.
- Develop high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, proposals, and scopes of work.
- Ensure solutions are cost-effective, secure, scalable, and aligned with MSP best practices.
- Assist with proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the technical lead in client meetings and demos.
- Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance during project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, vendor technologies, and best practices.
- Recommend process improvements and standardization for solution delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience in designing and deploying IT infrastructure including servers, networks, security, storage, back up and recovery, and cloud infrastructure).
- 8 years of IT experience, including 3 years in a solutions architecture or senior engineering role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, VMware, Windows Server, and networking technologies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS), backup/disaster recovery, and compliance requirements.
- Experience designing solutions in an MSP environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco, CompTIA Security , VMware, etc.).

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
