What are the responsibilities and job description for the Festival videographer, promoter position at CNP arts?
I'm a working artist in Binghamton looking to document a couple large projects which will be displayed in tandem with musical performances at an art and music event this summer.
The outdoor event is held in late July, located in Western NY over the course of several days.
I would ideally like to have you follow my team during the early creative process, travel to (2-3hrs one way), and during the main event.
The ideal person is interested in art and counter culture. Is looking for a first gig, is in decent physical shape and is not afraid to touch grass. Social experience would be helpful, but isn't required. 18 ONLY, must show proof.
I can pay for this gig specifically and may have additional work depending on skill level. I don't believe you should work unpaid for a chance at a paid gig but this isn't a job for a prof or someone who needs to make rent.
That being said, should you join us you will get swift access to other, more affluent art sponsors and immediate backstage access to operations at a roughly 1k person annual private event. So it's a proper party too.
