What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Physical Therapist (Moville Clinic) position at CNOS?
We currently have an opening for a Full-time Physical Therapist. This position plans, interprets, and implements physical therapy treatment programs for patients. Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree or higher and graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; current license to practice Physical Therapy in South Dakota and Iowa. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Education Requirements
Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Certification and current state license to practice Physical Therapy in South Dakota and Iowa; and preferably Nebraska as well.
Qualifications
Ability to facilitate prescribed treatment, including full mobilization and resistance, the ability to communicate nature of treatment to patient and prepare doctor's reports.
Responsibilities
Evaluating patient's current function and therapy potential, completing medical history entry and return-to-work requirements, and formulating and implementing a treatment plan in accordance with physician referrals and evaluation results.
Work Hours
Full time: Monday - Friday
