CNM Heating, Cooling & Piping LLC is seeking a licensed HVAC Technician with extensive experience in the field. In addition, candidates must demonstrate reliability, diligence, and respect in their work. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
Responsibilities and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of both oil and gas fired boilers/furnaces/water heaters.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of A/C systems (central/heat pumps/ductless mini-splits).
- Proficiency in installation, handling, and servicing of boilers, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and piping.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team as needed.
- Accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Respectful and clear communication with customers regarding services provided and future recommendations.
- Ability to perform job duties successfully and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- HVAC License
- EPA Certification
- At least 1 year experience in field preferred
- Compensation based on experience and/or license held
- Option for 401K
