Job Purpose
This internship supports workforce communications across CNH’s R&D function. The intern will assist in executing high-visibility initiatives, managing content calendars, and preparing leadership materials. The role offers exposure to executive communications, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic storytelling.

The annual salary for this role is USD $19.31 - $36.57 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Key Responsibilities
Content & Calendar Support
- Maintain and update the R&D Communications Editorial Calendar, including interviews, newsletters, and spotlight stories.
- Draft and format content for internal campaigns such as product stories, customer spotlights, and noteworthy R&D projects.
- Assist with logistics and prep for events like the CTO Town Hall.
- Support post-event surveys and analytics for leadership briefings and stakeholder reviews.
- Coordinate with design teams on visual assets to support R&D Communications campaigns.
- Track progress on stakeholder reviews and ensure timely updates to shared materials.
- Help prepare scripts and briefing decks for R&D leadership communications.
- Support in aligning messaging with strategic priorities and leadership goals.
