Intern Program Overview
We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Through competitive wages, networking events, social and volunteer activities, professional development workshops, and housing support, we strive to deliver one of the best internship experiences—designed to develop and inspire the talent of tomorrow. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.
Job Purpose
Develop Test Cases for various Projects. Both automated and manual validation will be performed. Support Universal HIL development and delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development and enhancement of Simulink-based I/O models used within HIL simulations.

Job Purpose
Develop Test Cases for various Projects. Both automated and manual validation will be performed. Support Universal HIL development and delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development and enhancement of Simulink-based I/O models used within HIL simulations.
- Develop, maintain, and execute validation test cases within a dSPACE Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environment.
- Design and implement both manual and automated test cases to support system validation and verification activities.
- Create and maintain automated test solutions using techniques such as:
- Parameterization
- Configuration Desk
- Python scripting
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to validate software and system performance in closed-loop environments.
- Support continuous improvement of test methodologies, automation frameworks, and validation processes.
- Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and validation is a plus, preferably using dSPACE platforms.
- Proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink model development and simulation.
- Knowledge of Configuration Desk and test parameterization techniques.
- Understanding of closed-loop system validation and control system testing.
- Familiarity with automotive, agricultural, off-highway, or embedded systems validation environments is a plus.
- In Pursuit of an Electrical Engineering Degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Experience developing test strategies that improve validation efficiency, coverage, and automation maturity.
