Job Purpose
This role is responsible for ensuring the overall form, fit, and function of new or existing products when integrated into a complete system. The ideal candidate will act as a key technical liaison between internal engineering teams and external customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of planter systems.
Key Responsibilities
The annual salary for this role is USD $84,500.00 - $123,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for ensuring the overall form, fit, and function of new or existing products when integrated into a complete system. The ideal candidate will act as a key technical liaison between internal engineering teams and external customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of planter systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for engineering efforts between internal teams and external customers.
- Review technical data to ensure materials and product performance meet internal and external standards.
- Verify that components function properly and interact as designed when integrated into a complete system.
- Responsible for keeping project timelines and deliverables, coordinating both internal and external resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on requirements, functionality, and fit of new or enhanced products within the planter product line.
- Maintain a strong connection to the product market to provide valuable insights during the new product development process.
- Stay current with advancements in engineering design, methods, and applications.
- Support the quoting and RFQ (Request for Quote) processes as needed.
- Demonstrate and promote company culture through daily actions and interactions.
- Perform related duties of a similar or related nature and assist in other areas as needed.
- Continuously learn, understand, and improve the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experienced professional with 5 years of career experience.
- Demonstrated technical skills, proficiencies, and knowledge relevant to the position.
- Strong and applied field/customer experience, particularly in agricultural equipment.
- Hands-on, practical experience with planter systems and their operation.
- Solid understanding of electronics and embedded software systems as they relate to agricultural machinery.
