Key Responsibilities
- Good Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of blueprints
- Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire, the necessary skills to operate and program Robot Welders
- Willingness to take the necessary training courses to acquire the skills needed
- Ability to follow ISO procedures within the Welding Department and have production welding skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work with engineers on product changes
- Willingness to work overtime and off shift hours on occasions to make the necessary changes to robot programs.
- Willingness to participate in AM WCM projects on robots.
- Overtime may be required in addition to occasional Saturday operations.
