Job Purpose
This is a critical leadership role within our growing and dynamic operational unit that reports directly to the Plant Manager. This individual is responsible for maintaining our New Holland Plant facility including machinery and equipment, while ensuring maintenance standards are compliant with statutory and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,875.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Job Purpose
This is a critical leadership role within our growing and dynamic operational unit that reports directly to the Plant Manager. This individual is responsible for maintaining our New Holland Plant facility including machinery and equipment, while ensuring maintenance standards are compliant with statutory and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
- Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection, maintenance, and review of completed work orders to confirm conformance to specifications.
- Oversees and plans annual facility spending for office services, building and grounds maintenance, and facility expansion or improvement projects.
- May prepare construction specifications or plans, obtaining advice from engineering consultants, assemble and analyze contract bids, and submit bids and recommendations to superiors for action.
- Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses difficult, infrequent problems with equipment.
- Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a facilities and/or maintenance leader or other lead/management position in a manufacturing environment
