Job Purpose
We are currently hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support our CNH Business Systems implementation. This role is based out of our New Holland Hay Tools plant in beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
The annual salary for this role is USD $63,000.00 - $96,600.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Job Purpose
We are currently hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support our CNH Business Systems implementation. This role is based out of our New Holland Hay Tools plant in beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of manufacturing process improvements aligned to CNH Business Systems, including identifying opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction and quality improvement.
- Subject Matter Expert that provides leadership to teams on sophisticated assignments.
- Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
- Works closely with Operations and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conducts root cause analysis and implements process improvements across the business or organization.
- Drives efficiency and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives.
- Works on broader projects that require a strong understanding of the business.
- Coaches project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality and process improvement objectives.
- Initiates and leads projects that improve end-to-end processes: setup, validation, and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree is required; Engineering, Business or other relevant discipline preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a preferred focus on continuous improvement actions.
- Innovative and conceptual thinking to develop solutions with long-term impact.
- Ability to convey complex, technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Project team leadership experience.
